StaffsRam
Fair play - Blackpool were playing on a completely different pitch, which looked like one of the greens from Augusta. Totally unfair on Forest....

StaffsRam
Was it raining though? Rain, sleet and snow - all at the same time. The whole stadium was just engulfed in a meteorological microcosm....
ramsbottom
They can slate Pearce all they want to but his good form at the start of the season will just about keep them up...
Sith Happens
Poor forest, everything is unfair...if its not referees, its injuries, or the weather, or the pitch, or unreasonable chairmen expecting payments on time, or the football league expecting them to stick to the same rules as everyone else.... you would think they would get a break at some point
StaffsRam
Did we all get the wrong end of the stick - is Alongadonga a defender? They seemingly had no problems breaching the league's worst defence, yet their own back four must be akin to something you'd see under the Big Top. Do they traipse out of the tunnel at the start of the game in a cute car that suddenly falls apart?
PrivateDerby
Brilliant match by the sound of it, unlucky.

This can't be the same player they we're talking up to be the next Rio was it???
StaffsRam
All their players are "The next" somebody. Rio, Pele, take your pick. Unfortunately, they all turn out to be the next Jason Lee......
Mr. P
Blackpool hadn't scored more than 1 goal at home in 29 games. Must've been that pitch!
StaffsRam
If Blackpool could play Forest every week, they'd probably stay up.
TigerTedd
BBC said the pitch was so bad that both teams had to abandon their passing game...
StaffsRam
Those big hoofs making landfall must have been like whenever the ball lands on Sammon's head - you just have absolutely no idea which direction it's going to fly off at....
TigerTedd
To be fair, when we played them, it was a **** pitch, it was windy, and generally a horrible place to play on a horrible evening. We nearly didn't win. I'm looking forward to Blackpool coming to the iPro though. That ought to take a chunk out of Bournemouth's superior goal difference. StaffsRam
It's only +3 now. Probably +3 the other way at FT. We'll need to be careful though, if they can stick 4 past Forest I hate to think how many they might get against our pub league defence..... StaffsRam
Tbf, it's probably one of those games where Blackpool targeted 3 points. They'll be gutted.....
