Slow cooked lamb shanks in red wine, rosemary and splash of balsamic vinegar (my own recipe), served with home made dauphinoise potatoes and goose fat roasties. Suppose you can have a bit of veg too if you really want.

 

Always a big hit for Sunday lunch with family when they come over.

I eat anything smoked. Except for glass. And cigars. And fags. And pipes. Oh God should have thought more about this before I put finger to keyboard
