Van der MoodHoover
Just looked at the forecast, looks like its given heavy rain. will that be better for us or QPR? Also, will the roof be closed? Thanks. Dunno overall, but if hes playing, a Hoop colleague reckons it takes Zamora approximately 45 minutes to complete a turn on a wet pitch. Altogether now: "when you're sat in Row Z and the ball hits your head, that's Zamora...." (hopefully!)
Grimbeard
Back row of top tier, unlikely to get wet unless there's a tsunami. (or a leaky roof)
Uptherams
I find it weird how the roof is at wembley, all that money spent on it and the roof doesnt fully close. They decided against it due to costs. Quite silly in all honesty. What difference was £20m going to make. They should look at adding the feature.

RamNut
They decided against it due to costs. Quite silly in all honesty. What difference was £20m going to make. They should look at adding the feature. They should take the roof off. Its an architectural gimmick that justified the arch. But its such a poor piece of engineering.....slow, clunky, heavy, doesn't close because it is then a fire hazard, cuts out the light, cuts out the sun, makes it echoey. A monument to ego. If would be a much better stadium with something simpler and more elegant. Get rid.
