Also I have no idea if Thorne will play in WBA's friendly tonight or not. If he does, it has no relevance. Brayford played for us in pre season and the next day was a Cardiff player. The back 4 and goalkeeper is obvious But the midfield is anyones guess as we have so many options there. Thorne is a guarenteed starter. Then its Bryson, Hughes, Hendrick and Coutts vying for the 2 other positions. Then theres the 3 attacking players. Martin will obviously start. I know we are looking at back up for him but he is certain to start. Then its Ward, Russell and Dawkins vying for the other 2 positions. Id fully expect us to sign another option there (probably on loan) also. The season starts in 4 and a half weeks. I can't see Thorne being the only signing before the season starts.
