They don't want our money smiffy. Our government insists on sending it to try and maintain some political and economic influence.

I begrudge paying income tax anyway me being a pensioner and all, and I certainly begrudge it going towards anything like that.

As I understand it we have to pay them for at least a few more years we can not get out of it

I give to children in need every month but bolluks to paying towards this.

Aid to India ends in 2015. It currently stands at £200m per annum - but it's worth pointing out that Tata Industries (the people who own Jaguar Land Rover) pay over £400m in UK taxes every year.
