Rams boss Nigel Clough who has already signed keeper Lee Grant and striker/Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, reportedly wants to make the former Ajax target his third signing in little over a week. The Bees’ star man this term scored 11 goals for the League One club, but with Uwe Rosler’s side failing to beat Yeovil in the play-off final, it is said the London club will now struggle to keep hold of the 22-year-old former Villa trainee. randombc Posted May 27, 2013 Share Posted May 27, 2013 I'd take him instantly, give him under 21 games and the odd substitute appearence and see how he develops. Got to be worth a 2 year deal with an option of an extra year, but like said above would rather get someone in with experience. Would be handy that by the time he's developed and Clough has moulded him (similar to Jacobs) it would have been a season and Ben Davies will have probably left by then and we have a young replacement ready.
