Alph
Didn't he have an attitude problem at PNE? Hoofs the ball only as a last resort, passes along the floor, doesn't cross the ball unless he knows there are bodies in there and expects the same from others and he's not afraid to tell them so. Yeah, terrible attitude. It's about time Derby had an arrogant footballer (in a football sense). Somebody who will try to play a certain way and won't panic. Might not have all bells and whistles, but I wouldn't mind two of him. Not a wimp in 50/50's either. Cheers Preston. Anyone else with a bad attitude? CumbrianRam
Graham Westley is a route one manager, big fan of timewasting and cynical fouls This article sums him up, the lower league Pulis. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19831129

mcsilks
The list could go on about Clough's cracking signings. He may not have improved our league position but the cultured fans will realise just what a tremendous job the man has done in the 45 months he has been at the club. Some of our players also owe him a debt of gratitude for turnng around their flagging careers. Fielding 400k Roberts - Free Bryson - 350k Buxton - Free Coutts - 150k Ward - Undisclosed small amount Robinson - Free How many more cracking signings has the guy made? Here's to another 45 months. Pudding Jack
and giving the youngsters a go - free. getting a bit of a love in for clough... but its true.... been f*cking ages since we've had a team or a squad that, individually you can root for too....you know there is nobody just there for a paycheck...and if they are **** one week... its not down to laziness. they arnt the best players weve seen in the last 15 years.... but they are all putting in their shifts. and if and when this ffp thingy bob comes in....we'll start moving upwards... for the same reason teams like arsenal...and the bundesliga will dominate in 5 years time. same reason leicester and the the like will tumble....looking forward to that

blackNwhites
I like Paul Coutts, as has been said he gets himself involved in the games. Mainly listen to the radio and his name probably crops up more than most. Agree with Brummie that his crossing could improve, if he can start beating the first man that would be a start. Also his running into dead ends is pointless, gives up the ball when he does that, Brayford is never too far away so although looking to attack is commendable, looking back to keep the ball isn't such a bad thing Mr Coutts. (Mainly in ref to the Forest game). Still early doors though int it.

To be fair to him though, Forest over loaded their left side when we went on the attack and Coutts saw himself swarmed by red shirts. He was poor on the ball in the second half, bar the assist. Both him and Jacobs frustrated me. A couple of times it looked like both of them had the ball at their feet but just gifted it to them. He's definitely a threat though otherwise the opposition wouldn't swarm around him like that, as I've said he's probably on the ball alot more often than most of our players if not all of them. I do like him, just got room to improve.

Getting the ball over the first man from a corner, I can do that. So can he, but lately he hasn't.
