Obviously has bought completely new ideas to the team and I must say the players seemed quite receptive to his new methods...maybe Bris was right, only time will tell. It's a gamble and may not pay off. But that's the kind of decisions upper management have to live and die by. When the fuss dies down, this may prove to be a masterstroke.
