I would so love this to all blow up in the red dogs faces. Not because of our rivalry or because I’m salty they’re in the premier league. It’s the b******* and b******* they come out with, the arrogance and the hubris.
 
They honestly believe they’re massive, talking top 10, building for European football getting back to where they “belong”. They’ve been out the premier league for 23 years! They’re a bottom 6 premier league club at best they might get a season in the top 10. That’s it. They won 2 European cups when god was a lad, take Clough out the way they would be completely irrelevant, remove Clough from our history we’d still have one more league title than them. But we’re no bigger than them and they’re no bigger than us. But we know who we are and know our place, their delusion is unparalleled. 
I wouldn’t like them if I’d lived all my life outside the East Midlands and had no connection with any club here. They deserve to get relegated just for thinking they’re way bigger than they are although their delusion is hilarious.

The relevant extract reads:
"As part of the conditions of continuing membership in the EFL, the Club, whilst remaining under a registration embargo, will be permitted to sign new players in accordance with the terms of a business plan. The plan, which has been jointly agreed by the new ownership and the EFL, includes restrictions in respect of transfers fees, player wages and agents’ fees. Any application to register players must comply with the terms of those agreed plans."
I guess we all knew this was coming. What the statement does not say, is how long this will remain for. Is it the whole season? Is it the following season as well? 
And what the terms are will dictate how competitive we can be. As before, we cannot even extend registrations for existing players without meeting the EFL's demands. While I'm grateful we still have a club, I will never forgive the EFL for what they did to us. 

We’ll see? We’re in the Premier league and just won the most lucrative game in football. Even if we get relegated the clubs in a remarkably better financial position than it has been for 20 + years. 
You’re in League One and will be doing well if you manage to put out 11 players..
The financial issues I raised on here for years (and was largely mocked for raising) have come home to roost.

Better than failing to submit your books for years, not bother to pay HMRC or countless other creditors, sell your own stadium to your owner, or use a accountancy method nobody else..

The EFL have given you waaaaay more breathing room than Bury or Macclesfield.

Davis is definitely loved by the fans and virtually everyone wants him back, but realistically he's not coming in to be first choice so £15m is ridiculous. I suspect Villa will drastically reduce the price by the end of the summer as they don't want him and not many in the Championship will take him for that money.

Top goal-scorer for the team finishing 5th in the Bundesliga, on paper looks a cracking signing for £17m. 
It also highlights how much value there is on the continent compared to England where Villa are trying to rob us blind of £15m for Keinan Davis.

I've read that there's a £20 million buy option at the end of the loan deal which if it's true is mental for Forest.....if Henderson is crap then he gets punted back to Old Trafford who continue to have to pick up his obscene wages, if he does well then Forest get a decent English keeper at well below the market rate.
