Can’t disagree that we need to sort out the home form / performances, history tells us it’s a bugger to get both right

Yep , I’ve been putting roofs on for 35 years and I’ve never once put the roof on before the house was built🤷🏻‍♂️

I think he is here to do just , my gut is he will have a bit more than he did at Rotherham, not an outlandish thought ?

It’s kind of funny that a lot that slate warne as being only suited to being in a Rotherham situation competing against better players and better budgets creating that underdog batting mentality and doing well are certain he won’t cope when put in that situation with derby in the championship with a bit more wiggle room than he had at Rotherham , then I see the he won’t be good enough to get to or survive in the prem 😂,, if we had a manager who looked like he was prem quality at this point there’s no way we could keep him long enough to get us there 🤷🏻‍♂️

I make no secret of the fact that I like warne , in fact I like warne and clowes as the team/ figurehead s of our club , there’s an honesty, integrity, decency and stability that is really refreshing after the last few years , I then put that alongside the fact that we are getting results and challenging for promotion and I like it , im not unhappy that we are next to top scorer’s in the league we are in because watching derby is not dependent on how we go about being next to top scorers , I then put that together with the fact we are not leaky as a holed bucket so have the best goal difference and when I weigh it all up I’m pretty happy with how we are progressing from a dire position , some are not happy in fact some are very unhappy, fair play to them that’s how they see it , my opinion won’t change a thing in they’re thinking , I don’t really get it but it’s clear they don’t get where I’m coming from on it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Thank you for posting the picture of b4 , in derby shirt with a big smile , after such a good win at Exeter , I don’t do all the minute dissecting of whether we should or shouldn’t have won games ,that pic says it all for me and it lifted me more when I was already feeling great after the win , you will never not feel the loss but hopefully you will reach the place where feeling blessed to have had somebody so special in your life evens out the pain of the physical loss , truth is you will never lose him , he will always be with you in your heart , keep him with you , smile laugh and cry with him and keep sharing him with us ❤️

Sadly we are pretty close to derby would have lost IF I had my way by some posters , been that way for a while now🤷🏻‍♂️

I reckon we are getting a stronger squad in terms of being able to mix it up a bit in how we line up and play

Set him a challenge , tell him there’s a reward ( of your choosing) if he can shout louder than those around him when derby score , may make the noise fun and help him feel part of it

Yep it’s interesting that the poster minimise mcg under warne and perhaps nml by saying his goals per game was better than his best career season under warne when mcg dropped down before yet we have heard consistently how warne beasts his players and causes time out injured , well he got a tune out of mc g and is doing the same with nml , I just wish certain posters would give warne a fair crack of the whip , everything bad is because of him , everything good in spite of him is the default of some 🤷🏻‍♂️

Watched on rtv and really enjoyed what I thought was going to be a tough game , Exeter looked pretty in all but the final third ( were we happy to allow that ?) but it quickly became men against boys , great result from a solid performance and we are right in the mix for top two

Didn’t playing under warne do the same for mc g last season too

Warne has made it plain from day 1 he has no interest in trying to look like Barcelona and loosing and I’m good with that

Makes you wonder if he reads forums or hears some of the stuff from the stands regards how crap and massively overrated he is rather than wanting away from warnes style of play and man management 👍

We may be miles apart on views on other areas of the forum but we certainly seem to be on the same page once it comes down to the real business of football 😂

Hope so , at this stage we really need to win every game , at least that’s my mindset in the lead up to every game 😂, though I do think every game in this league has the potential to be a bloody tough one for differing reasons game to game , not least the pressure is on us , personally I set myself the rule of not posting on the match thread until the next morning after, I never miss a game whether there in person or watch on rtv and like most fans I get caught up in the emotion results and performance s bring , I’m right in the middle of being torn between going all out gung ho like we have done earlier and being more solid as we seem to be trying to do the last few games , either one’s ok in hindsight if we get the result but bloody daft if we don’t 🤷🏻‍♂️😂
