Best season we have had in a bloody long time , ground was full to the ginnells Saturday with most staying long after the whistle to celebrate and leaving extremely happy , I was surrounded by singing all the way back to the car , seen some great goals scored and seen some not so great performances in games at times over a long season , if we get promoted this season will live long in the memory of this old boy who’s seen the great times and the lowest of lows ,it will live long as the warne promotion season that I really enjoyed , simple fact is we have one or two posters who are intent on rubbishing anything achieved and winding people up trying to stop them enjoying all the good stuff that’s happening for our club and us fans, honestly ? Just stick them on ignore or read there stuff , see it for what it is , laugh and move on without replying and giving them the pleasure of winding you up , it really is that simple 🤷🏻‍♂️

To be where we are now from where we were in this timescale , given restrictions, given we don’t have a money no object owner ,,,, it’s actually extremely good and testament to the owner ( clowes ) and the management team , the progress , spirit and culture that’s been built is fantastic

Thought it might be an interesting debate ? I like some so called modern art though I don’t know anything about it and kind of like it that way so I can just like what I like rather than what so called experts tell me what should like and why , love a day out at the Tate modern and the summer festival 🤷🏻‍♂️

Honestly? It actually just becomes easy when you reach the inevitable point where you realise they are just trolls , treat them as such and call it out as trolling , it takes a little while to get there because it’s a forum for derby fans and you want to give the benefit of the doubt to people you take at face value as fellow derby fans , that’s very different to some who are not overly into warne but you can have a proper conversation with over it , we have a small number on here who just want to rubbish derby , the manager , chosen scapegoat players ect ect 🤷🏻‍♂️

Got two extra tickets for Carlisle , daughter and her boyfriend ( cricket fanatic) , daughter is lifelong derby and just letting her boyfriend ( lovely lad ) know what’s in store if grandchildren happened to come along 😂😂

Win something again ? ,,,,, winning something is done by winning single games of football , when you really are a derby fan then games like Saturday against Bolton cannot fail to get right into you , the excitement, the joy ,the passion just fills you and bubbles out , you can’t help it , you roy are one of two this week who has none of that , not one iota of that , the only passion is to come on and rubbish it , @ Chrismartin only passion to come on and tell us how poor the league is , sorry but I don’t see derby fans there and not being able to get to games for any reason is not a factor , it’s in you even if the best you can manage is to follow results , I know , I’ve been there in that position many times over the years the best you’ve managed ( like pulling teeth ) is begrudgingly saying you will be happy if we are promoted when pulled up and pressed on this constant rubbishing of everything derby and trying to destroy others joy at good times for us and our club ,, ffs we’ve had our fill of bad stuff for the last few years🤷🏻‍♂️

Met and chatted to a few of your lads in the motorway services comming back from the Bolton game , thanked them for beating posh , we agreed to take a draw at Fratton with us both taking the top two spots , smiles all round and fans heading home from a great days football results , best of luck and class reaction to the story of our Daniel , respect to you my friend 👍

Yep , really if you read this stuff all it is is a few people constantly coming on and telling us don’t enjoy us doing well because it means nothing , the league is poor and anything derby do or achieve has no value and means nothing , the manager is crap and even if we get promotion it will be in spite of him and we and him are just storing up misery for next season or the one after that and on and on and on , the games up , you can only get away with that so long before it’s clear to everyone your just a troll or most likely a fan of another club

If we pull a Luton then for the trolls it will be in spite of warne and he needs sacking because no way could he cut it next season in the prem 😂

Yep there are a couple like that , if your sole post after a day like yesterday is to claim div 1 is poorer than last season or reams of posts on why we don’t deserve a big chunk of any points we’ve gained this season then it really says something , personally I just find it funny now 😂😂

WOW,,,, think that covers yesterday, the whole day was ducking WOW , second v third must not lose game and that’s what we got , what swung the game to a narrow derby win ? 1. The culture Paul warne has built and is building at derby from bringing in the right type of people as players to fitness to those players being treated in a way that makes them want to run through brick walls for the shirt and the manager, 2. the fans , our fans , my tribe , premier league ? You can keep that , yesterday was a league 1 game and you couldn’t touch that , it’s why I fell and stayed in love with derby all these years , yeah we have some moaners on here but they just drift into insignificance when you are in the ground and supporting your team, where we are and supposed standard of football mean nothing when put against yesterday, if you are not moved by yesterday and oh so glad you were in the ground or wishing to hell you were there then football is not for you , I was moved big style by the fans and warne interaction at the end , he didn’t bounce but that’s a mark of the man , im sure he will bounce if/ when he actually delivers the prize , he’s not lampard , for me warne is manager next season no matter what division we are in
