Push comes to shove the EFL then have to decide wether they want to save DCFC and let Ashley takeover it or let us liquidate and lose a big chunk of money. The EFL will force the admins to accept the Ashley deal. He’s just adding pressure and hoping someone cracks 

Do you think the if/once the EFL take the ‘golden share’ away from derby county that we’ll just keep trading and operating? The EFL not might directly liquidate us but can effectively do so 

To summarise what’s happening is, MA putting the EFL between a rock and a hard place. EFL have to either decide to liquidate derby or force the admins to take MA’s deal. If Derby liquidate the EFL will lose a good chunk of money and will almost certainly be some form of external investigation. The admins will pretty much have to accept MA’s offer as it’s the only one on the table. If the admins don’t accept it then it could be argued they are t getting the best deal for creditors. It’s a big game of chess rn 

What I understand is that Ashley is arguing with the EFL that by the admins refusing to deal with him are therefore not doing their jobs correctly. I’m not too clued up on administrative stuff but Ashley’s believes the EFL will be able to basically force the admin team to accept his offer, which by the way is a good offer.

I did tell you all. Ashley will pick us up but wants to ignore the admins and go directly through EFL

I wonder if someone else gets the club if he’ll be able to chip in still. I’d hope so for his sake as he’s got this far and cleared the path way for everyone else.
