  1. How long until Dayo? Dayo? Daylight come and I wanna go home
  2. The Sky-lead MSM conspiracy against Notts Forest continues. Can't wait for Clatters next article in The Daily Sport.
  3. I love how unengaged their fans are. How they have to explain to each other the scenarios for them to go up. One of them "thinks" they'll go up on goals scored if GD is level. How are they gonna get their head round the playoffs?
  4. So you can get fined for not playing a strong team in the EFL cup vs the likes of Sheffield Utd u21s when you are unable to still qualify from group, but you can play a joke team in League One meaning another team can go down?
  5. Clowes needs to send a tweet out now! What is he waiting for? This is pure corruption, he is just too scared to call it out. Terrible owner.
  6. Remember the amount of bile directed at Mike Ashley and his Sports Direct empire. He clearly is a bit of a nob and some of his business practises were unsavoury. But compared to this guy, he's an absolute angel. Finally he might get the spotlight turned on him.
  7. Here we go.. https://x.com/The_Forty_Four/status/1782732853031129389?t=DE77lLI7n3kLIILD0pCR9g&s=08
  8. So, assuming Atwell is an England fan, how will they make sure that he doesn't cheat again for the benefit of the team he supports? He'll be disallowing goals in the group stages to cunningly plot an easier route for England to the final. His masterplan will be to get all the big teams into one half of the draw, so England can procede comfortably to the final. Or perhaps we will see his real evil genius at work...making VAR decisions against England, meaning they only finish 2nd in group, but missing all the big teams that he has contrived to end up in the other half! God, he is well dodgy. But brilliant.
  9. What is their argument gonna be: "they said we are like a mafia gang, which we need to sue for because we are 100% definitely not a mafia gang" The Forest Forum is pretty depressing, many of them they are making an incredible stand here vs the problems with VAR and referees in general. They all seemed to miss the part where they excused an official of deliberately cheating to benefit the team he supported. They also claim that loads of other people are behind them (some tweets) and there is a grand conspiracy between Premier League, The Media, TalkSport, Sky etc. They are all coordinated against plucky little Forest, who should have had a penalty, so called out someone for cheating. Oh, and some posters even revelling in their owners crimimal links, laughing about how he'll burn down their bakery, or more sinister actions. Will they be celebrating when someone gets hurt, either on their owner's command or just a Forest moron acting alone.
  10. "The Mail reports that Forest are in the process of drafting a letter to the broadcaster." Hmmm, wonder who their source might be? At least there is a process this time, unlike the tweet. Who is the mafia lawyer signing the letter off?
  11. The club seem very worried about going down. Surely, with all their huge spending they've factored in the impact of a relegation, right? Obviously, no one wants to go down, but a bit of yo-yoing could be expected for a club like Forest, on their journey to becoming (at least) an established Premier League club? I guess they were unable to stay within the rules for spending though, hence the points deduction. For their sake, I hope all this spending hasn't left the club/owner in financial ruin if the mighty Forest were somehow, unbelivably, and of course unfairly, relegated!
  12. I read the Salt Lick by Lulu Allison last year and loved it. Got it as it was nomimated for a prize and had salt in the title. It's not about salt. It is set in the near future though, which I think is a good time for books to be set. I don't tend to read reviews, want to know as little as possible for a new book. I find looking at the table displays in Waterstones enough to find a good one to read. They usually have plenty of well regarded recent novels on display, or modern classics I've not read. I don't read that much though, if I was churning through a book a week, I might do a bit more research.
  13. Without changing, you are now centre left, comrade!
  14. Isn't in MLS where they watch one replay in real time, and if they are sure it's wrong decision, they change it. Seems a better way of doing it. Remember the first World Cup they got VAR in, it was ace. Penalties given for holding in the box, so players stopped doing it. Don't remember any of this penalty handball or offside nonsense. How did it end up in this mess? Maybe a quick solution is to give teams a couple of appeals like in cricket. Let them use it on anything, corners, yellow cards. They'll use them up in first 2 mins appealing for a throw in.
  15. Great intro to Football weekly laughing at Forest: "Was it right that Mick Hartford was on VAR duty and are 3 50:50 penalty decisions going against you enough to cry corruption?"
  16. Ludicrious the Mail doesn't say Clatters is paid by Forest. Less dire news sources usually say when the writer is under the pay of the organisation they are defending. Some of the morons who read the Mail will now be thinking "that independent and unbiased former ref and Gladiators dork Clatternberg thinks Forest has been unfairly treated, so maybe that joke statement the club put out is ok". Makes a change about worrying about small boats. Wonder what Clatters thinks about that.
  17. Love how he refers to Forest as "they" yet works for them. Was this planned? He gets an article in the Daily Mail about 7 hours after fulltime. Does he normally write for this toilet roll of a paper?
  18. I only watched one semi and the final of Gladiators this year, but Clatters made some pretty dodgy calls I thought.
  19. That reminds me of when Ronaldo was my fantasy captain against Derby....we were a long way from safety at the time. Actually, maybe Atwell had Pickford as his keeper like me!
  20. Neville isn't stupid. That comment about "mafia statement" probably hadn't come out of the blue.
  21. Ok for "Red Nev" to say this about Clatters. But Gary's family aren't being held hostage in a dark cell.
  22. Around 1,500 extremely poor decisions - transfers, manager sackings, financial mismanagement, huge ticket price increases, Clatters etc - which we simply cannot accept. We warned the Forest Fans that their Owner is a crimimal and a fool before he joined but they didn’t change him. Our patience has been tested multiple times. DCFC will now consider its options for a new, more sustainable and less corrupt, local rival.
  23. Sort of post you make when your manager is an actual gangster. Perhaps Greece will bomb Luton?
  24. Amazing end to the Championship season, although shame Southampton lost yesterday, else it would be even tighter. Ipswich not playing this weekend, which end up making the final fixtures a bit all over the place. All 4 teams chasing promotion currently have 3 games left, but when Ipswich kick their next game (8pm Saturday), Leeds and Southampton will have just 1 game left, against each other! Leicester also playing Southampton this midweek too. Think it's a big advantage for Ipswich as they know exactly whether they need to chase for the win (and risk a defeat) or fine to take draws. Does feel a bit unfair at the end of season when tv often dictates that teams play before others, even though the cup semi final obviously causes some of this. But are Ipswich been sneaky agreeing the game is in the final midweek?
