    Jozefzoon?

6'2 (or whatever he is), scored double figures in numerous seasons and is a proper target man.

And then there's 'Zoon... We're trying to sign him not put his club off ever doing business with us...

  2. Odd to see Bogle hasn't made the bench in the league for Sheff Utd, Lowe on the bench again today. Maybe we had it the wrong was around about the pair of them.

    I'm underwhelmed.

Not aimed directly at yourself but in general. What would people need the club to do to be 'whelmed'?

Spend 10mill on a striker from the domestic leagues? Can't think of a single one I'd be overly excited about us signing from our league or otherwise.

Loan a young striker from a prem team? Not too many about, we've been linked to some, again unproven and we don't gain anything from it after the season ends.

Spend big on a European striker? Massive risk to do, could backfire like Forest.

A 6ft3' striker at the prime of his career who is scoring a good amount of goals and available under 2 mill? I'm not sure more the club could do, this seems exactly the kind of signing we should make.

Borkovic with one goal and two assists. He’s soon settled in!

I'd definitely stick a few quid on him and Ibrahim making the first team squad before the end of the season. Both looking a level above so far.

Neither manager or owner are happy with Samba's training ethic, according to reports. Hence the new keeper.

Surprised really, he's easily one of the best keepers in the league. He'll end up for a lower/mid table prem team.

Solicitors . Sitting in those musty rooms filled with old books they never read and  grandfather clocks. Do bugger all to the point where frustration means you start chasing around doing there job.  Then you get a bill for 5 grand.

Not sure what firms you've been to lately, that sounds like a clichéd American film though. Almost all major firms are modernised these days and wouldn't look out of place with 'modern' companies like Microsoft or Apple.

With regards to fees, it's appropriate to the value of the work. What alot of people don't see is the files that bring in around £600-£1k in fees, where it can easily be 40-50 hours work into it. On that basis the cost is barely minimum wage at times.

Any idea why all crypto currencies took a nosedive this morning?

Not 100% clear but reports suggesting Putin will effectively ban the use of cryptocurrency in Russia. Possibly panic sales in case this catches in other countries.

Anyone know enough about employment/contract law to shed any light on if this is legal or not? If it's not then it could end up costing us more in legal fees and payouts than we have saved by punting him surely?

His only defense will be that Bennett/Lawrence didn't get an equal punishment.

Reality is the minute you do something that will prevent you doing your job due to your own actions then gross misconduct is on the books. It'd be exactly the same for virtually any job out there.

Just a thought, What about Christian Stuani from Boro?

Looking back at last season, he was pivotal in thier promotion. Typical hold up style centre forward who can use his head and is a decent finisher. With Negredo and Rhodes there I reckon we could get him for a decent price!

More likely to get rhodes I think, Stuani seems to be back up to Negredo rather than Rhodes
