Apparently Bucko has been back working part time in the academy, and will be stepping up to fill in for Bowyer whilst he's away (sorry if anyone already mentioned this)

I'm caught between "you could have been playing 1st team football here already if you'd stayed, so no" and "if we let someone else have him and he scores against us I'll be gutted" 

I rate any player who's initials are also his position

We seem to have been quite poor at loaning players out to the right clubs, I can only think of Max Lowe in term of young player who've had a good loan out then come back and competed for 1st team places *sits back and waits for 100 examples of why I'm wrong*

Beat me to it. From what I've heard he was pretty highly rated as a coach, good move for him though, being main GK Coach of a league 1 club aged 30...can we claim to be brining young coaches through too?

I suppose if the U23s are basically going down anyway I suppose its an opportunity to throw some U18s in and maybe gamble on a few <£500,000 youngsters from lower leagues

I thought it didnt open till Jan 3rd this month cos of bank holidays? Therefore I assume we wont talk about transfers at all until tuesday...

Looks like he'll be available in Jan! Obviously he'd split opinion and obviously half would want him half wouldnt...but do you reckon it's the type of gamble Mac&Rush might take?
