Corey Blackett-Taylor - Signed on Loan/Permanent in Summer
MackworthRamIsGod replied to Stuniverse's topic in Transfer Forum
I thought last night was the perfect opportunity to slot right in and made a mark. Warne picked a decent team and I thought him and NML would run riot. He seemed to struggle with the pace of it. Maybe it's just nerves and once he gets his first goal he will settle right in. -

Anymore crap like Saturday and I hope David Clowes command strips Paul Warne to the why wall. CBT and NML together 🙏

It really is the easiest year there is ever likely to be to get promoted from this division. Peterborough and Pompey keep taking turns to throw things away, unfortunately we keep matching them. Yesterday was crying out for Mendez-Laing and CBT either side of Collins and for us to absolutely batter a struggling team at home. What message does it send to a team when you change your formation from the start to try and combat their lack of attacking ability...must give the team a right lift. Why he chose to not go with the 3 up top, I will never know..is he tactically inept (yes), does he like to make changes for the sake of it (yes) and I'm starting suspect he is a bit of a coward.

The club should commission a DVD at the end of the year with the highlights of this seasons football and should be made available on the NHS to be sent to anyone suffering with insomnia.

Derby v Shrewsbury Town - Match Day Thread

A fairly standard league 1 performance from a Paul Warne team tbf. Thankfully we don't play teams of the quality of Shrewsbury Town every week. -
Where do you think we'll finish this season?
MackworthRamIsGod replied to IslandExile's topic in Derby County Forum
Interesting. If teams were to carry on with current form, highly unlikely I know...the top 6 would look like this come the end. 1. Derby 2. Bolton 3. Portsmouth 4. Barnsley 5. Peterbrough 6. Orient the suprise -
I still think 4/5 million would be a good fee to receive for a top league 1 defender. If we get promoted and if he plays regularly in the Championship next season, there is no reason why we shouldn't be expecting the type of fees Bristol City seem to command for their defenders.

So the reason we missed out on our striker deal at the 11th hour was again down to an administrative error, but this time by Blackburn Rovers. If the EFL allow the transfer, maybe they will allow us to get the player from Blackburn as a result.

Maybe it was Gregory?

Warnock should have been our manager at least once by now, shame it hasn't happened.

Might be easier to list who is fit.

Great win, I wasn't happy with the team selection, but it worked. Equally great seeing Bolton and Posh drop points. Bloody typical Posh score 2 late goals to help their goal difference. -
