If you got a points deduction for fighting and running on the pitch Millwall would be in the Isthmian league.

There's absolutely no reason why he should not be sold to Olympiacos.
The player valuation should be looked at though and maybe the EFL will use an expert that compares him to the price of players that Morecambe have sold recently?

With Derby out of the picture, Boro would have been 6th with a '25% chance' of winning the playoffs [£45m]
With QPR out of the picture, Derby have no one to play in the Playoff Final [£180m]

By using the maths that Curly Sue has used to base his "wild" claim of £45m for coming after us, seeing as we got to the final then it is a minimum of £90m we should claim from QPR.
This is what would happen if this claim of his was to succeed. Sorry state of affairs and if some of what I have read on here is correct, then his gripe is with MM and seeing as he is not in charge of the club anymore, he should go after him in a court of law (in which he probably loses)

Rick Parry was on 5 Live last week saying that 'the EFL have processes to deal with club disputes', referring to the Boro and Wycombe claims.
We are all guessing at what's really happening and what the order of priorities is but we do know that if the vexatious claims went away, or were classed as non-footballing debts, then we'd be in a better position.
We should encourage the MP's and media to force the EFL to convene a meeting/tribunal (or whatever the process is) in the next week.
If we win and they are dismissed and/or deemed non-footballing debts, then we're over a hurdle.
If we lose and they are deemed footballing debts, we may lose a bidder and ultimately we may get liquidated but..........
......as soon as they are deemed footballing debts, we go after QPR, Villa etc and register those made up figures (£200m?) on our balance sheet. When pressed, they will not dare to legitimise the Boro and Wycombe claims.
We have to bring this one to a head.

The MP's etc should ensure that the admins are placed on a deal where they get paid on the speed on which they conclude a deal.
I mean, are you going to rush around when you are earning a supposed £400 ph?
We were lead to believe that the reason that the meeting was cancelled the other day was because significant progress had been made between all parties? It doesn't appear to read like that looking at those extremely poor statements.

That statement from Boro is a joke. Calls us out as cheats, bit rich as their owner apparently moves money around to offset football costs.
Also, they actually state that we were found guilty of P&S breaches and were sanctioned accordingly by the EFL!
Everyone is fair game in this then, you can bring charges against any club that finishes above you if they carry out any misdemeanor.
I mean, you could lose a couple of hundred grand for potentially finishing lower in the league.

I thought the piece by the Bury MP was probably the most powerful part, I don't think it was lost on anyone there what the implications were to the town as well as the fans.

You could just imaging the Sports minister leaving there and getting on the blower to the EFL shouting "sort your s$*t out, you incompetent morons"
The only other thing which would have made it better is if they had mentioned Mr Risdale and his inclusion in the EFL governance when the spoke about fit and proper owners tests.
