When asked what it's it like for a new player fitting in the squad, Jake replied 'it was tough coming in to the club when he started, with big names like Carroll, Davis, Commons, Savage, Albrechtson and Hulse in the squad. They were big names and better players than we have now, but we've got a better squad now and these guys we have now will die more for the badge (points to chest) than most of them did.'
