McRamFan
I like Moonsha, however can be pricy if you go for the full on tapinaki experiance. Graze, pretty good food - ***** service Heard good things about the casino one, however not been yet.

For Indian, there is Moza in Chaddesden and they do 20% off for season ticket holders, never had a bad meal and its BYO on the booze. Boycie
Anoki had a set menu? How strange? The Viceroy round the corner is as good too. Nice design.
Perky1106
Bistro Pierre on Friar Gate is decent. As is the Bull's Head in Repton, although technically it's not in Derby. The Balti International on Uttoxeter Road is a decent place for curry. The best thing is you can bring your own 4-pack of beers which will save you having to spend £4 on a pint of Cobra each time. (I'm just stingy.)

ladyram
I don't know where these places are (well, apart from the one on Friargate), I might see if they're on the tinterweb as I want somewhere nice for us to go for upcoming birthdays. Somewhere where theirs no chavs, thugs or women barfing into gutters inbetween cat fights.
Mr Tibbs
I know it's nice to go have a proper Indian or just in general a really good meal but I can't help my love for the Harvester on Pride Park. Cheap, great food, and good service. Not so flashy or fancy as a proper "restaurant" but it's my favourite place to eat in Derby, easily. Tried Jimmy's Bar and Grill too the other week, food was alright but service and the price were abit offputting for what it was.
