smiffy
You can see all the other games are trying to finish today, otherwise Middx would not have declared yet, for one, IMHO.
smiffy
Lunch coming up at 1230.Derbys must still be favorites for this game surely. It will be touch and go ,IMO, Shiv will have to step up, that's for sure.
smiffy
They have just scored 137 runs in that session, we are leaking too many.

smiffy
203 runs in 40 overs
smiffy
244 to win, hope I am wrong, but I fear too many, either batting, or the rain, don`t think we can get them today, we score too slowly, particularly the first 20 overs.
smiffy
To prove my point 47 dot balls from the first 48, new ball or not, that's rubbish,IMHO
smiffy
Either some crap bowling or bad stumping, Kiez whatsits let 20 bye`s in 10 balls.
inter politics
40 to win with 4 wickets remaining...come on Chanders.
sage
Groenwald is a decent bat. Can't believe Wainwrght getting stumped with 30 needed.
inter politics
How can they take lunch now...craziness This is such a typical Chanderpaul performance (shame we haven't seen more it but never mind). I just hope missing that first innings bonus point by 2 runs doesn't come back to haunt us come the end of the season.
sage
six short of victory (or ondeed two wickets) and stop for lunch. No wonder they can't get crowds for four day games. if it rains now, I'll be fuming
needles
Result. Well done lads. How tense though?
Phoenix
six short of victory (or ondeed two wickets) and stop for lunch. No wonder they can't get crowds for four day games. if it rains now, I'll be fuming On a par with coming off for bad light at the end of the 5th Test match. Laws set by a bunch of strutting popinjays in blazers. Above Notts at the moment! The result of the upcoming Somerset v Surrey match could make things very interesting. Can't think we''ll beat Durham, but we might just put one over Warwicks. That would be even more interesting. I'd like to see Somerset stay up and Surrey and Notts (naturally) relegated. -JW-
Next week it's Somerset v Surrey and the final game of the season it's Notts v Somerset, it's going to be so close, 2 high scoring draws may just do it.
