Boycie
When we sign another big striker they can take him, but hold on, he's done alright? No, we don't need a Steve Howard type player, we already have one. Duracell
Judging by Ball's performances so far at this level he'd have absolutely demolished League 2 opposition if he went out to Crewe! samtheram83
if davies, theo and tyson can stay fit i wouldn't be too worried to see him out on loan at crewe. he would learn quite a bit and probably smash in some goals and get the taste for it to come back and play a part later in the campaign. Crewe would definitely be good for his development but at the moment he is in the team and playing pretty well. blackNwhites
Davies, Theo and Tyson are totally different types of striker though. We'll need Ball to come on for the battles. Ball should be considered a fully fledged first team player now. CumbrianRam
Most teams in this league have 4 or more strikers no reason to loan out any of them, he will get games at Crewe, but he is/will at Derby! 48 hours
It looks like Nigel said No, but also suggested an alternative player ... ... Greg Pearson (who he signed at Burton) has gone to Crewe on-loan and scored the winning goal today for them.
