PrivateDerby
I was thinking about our Theo today... Remember playing football when we where younger and there was always one lad who would stand at the top end and tap it in every fookin dinner time? Well that's him. davenportram
dont care how he scores 'em - 8 goals in 22 appearances (9 of them as a sub) is pretty darn good. better than 1 in 3, could end up with 15 goals this season at that rate
PrivateDerby
Me neither mate, he seems to have a knack of being in the right place at the right time. I think he's brilliant at what he does and long may it continue! It's a fantastic record, do you think it's just a case of making the most of what he's got skill wise? WorksopRam
I actually think he'd be a top class striker if he could just add a bit more to his game. Even if he had other abilities similar to a fairly average striker (in my opinion) such as Davies, he'd be quality. Ah well, as long as he's scoring goals. networker1884
I think that sometime in the next 2 or 3 years he'll have a blinder of a season. Everything will just work for him, he'll sort out his first touch, his decision making will come good, and he'll be able to really control the ball. He's got the potential. I think it'll be like Carlton Cole a couple of years ago. The 08/09 season he really hit form, looked amazing on the ball. Just hope the same happens for our Theo! blackNwhites
Whats happened to Carlton Cole now though? Theo's goal today was another funny one, it might look messy but he had the patience for the ball to drop right for him and then he planted it into the net, which he is doing so often. Add a bit of skill to his game and he'll improve, but his most important asset is his patience when the ball is in the area. He can position himself well enough, even when he kicks air, he recovers and scores. Add to that he works his arse off when he's not on the ball. CumbrianRam
Reminds a lot of Leroy Lita, quick, not great on the ball, gets caught ofside abit both the both have the abilty to get in areas to score these tap-ins.
Boycie
They don't like unique chants or songs in the SE corner. They love " have you ever seen your dick" or " who's the w@nker with the flag" Oh how much I laugh, Don't forget " I'm glad we're at home, etc"
Gary Teale
Theo, poor player but tries hard and is quick and is currently on a run of being in the right place at the right time and scoring goals. Let's hope he keeps it up for a long time but I have my doubts
