archram
Why does it sometimes go straight to new posts, even if it's only a few seconds? And then other times makes me wait 30 secs? This is very annoying as, now I'm old, I don't have time to waste these seconds of the time I have left!

Day
There is a 30 second delay in between searches, if you use your browser back button tho you won't have to wait. The reason for the delay is the search function uses the most resources on the server, during busy periods (matchday) it can slow the forum down quite abit. Boycie
Pensioners > everyone. I love to talk to the older generation, great stories and memories to share. Mind you, some are obnoxious, forgot they ever had or were kids, fools. Not the majority though. Most are like Archie, warm and cuddly.

I'm warm and cuddly when the youngsters are kind to me!
davenportram
Personally I don't mind old people, except when they walk slowly around shopping centres or in town cunningly staggered so when you try to past on you end up behind another. It's almost as bad as families walking 4 a breast on the sea wall at Skeggie, causing a huge tailback of people trying to walk at a sensible speed. Leeds Ram
Older people i have met are a mix between thinking they were the best generation and we are scum and knowing their generation wasn't great but having contempt for my generation.
