Let's Talk al-Notts Rovers

Day

Recommended Posts

Its all about opinions, I don't agree.

Good base, two Play Off attempts, just a couple of three pieces more,

Garner McGoldrick McCleary Anderson Moloney Lynch are probably better that what you've signed, and Findlay, ready to go, as unknown quantity.

Once the football starts, you'll see!

Here ya go pal, still waiting.

So that is one crock, and it terms of the squad as it is, 2 to 3 seasons Championship experience, all at very high tension scenarios, a relegation battle and two Play Off attempts.

How can it be, that your 8 signings, and many of no Championship experience, be seen as in a better sitauation then Forest looking at a crock and a brilliant footballer, overweight or not will do well for us.

I can quite understand the League with WHU and Brum and Leicester will be harder, if we do become mid table ish because of the improved level, on what basis is your 8 signings, gonna overturn the improvements of most Championship teams, that will be your main opponents, Brighton, Southampton Ipswich Watford Doncaster, who are the whipping boys? it is a tough League for us to get out, as much as its a tough League for you to stay in?

Would that be fair?

This one.

Another debate to be had, of course it is more difficult to improve our squad, Reid has done that and the loss of Tyson, McKenna, Adebola,Bennett, Earnshaw at this stage has weakened our squad, not as much as you think, but the same optimism of improvement as your 8, should be shared with the Garners McGoldricks Andersons and McClearys with the very strong possibility of regular berths for McGugan and Majewski, and the skills of Reidy, with Findlay, may just football our way there.

We would never sign 8 to improve our level, too mush dosh? not the plan? but we have players that can come in, and only 3 more, and we can try to bridge the gap.

So, optimism is one thing, but football will tell!

aaaaaaaaand this one.

I don't drink, nor have I ever taken drugs?

There is a concern for Forest to acquire the right signings to challenge for the Automatic berth, being as we have a young squad, only a couple of additions will give us a good chance for Play Offs and maybe the football will give us the same as Leicester in buying all and sundry.

Our worse scenario would be Mid Table, whilst I'm sure we all agree Mid Table for Derby would be a success?

At some stage, the game is about Football, Blackpool done it Loanees, Norwich with loads a signings? swanseas with loads a signings?

We need a goalscorer, and my examples are we may have him here already.

We need a leader as McKenna gone and maybe Moussi next

We need a Left Back for sure.

After that, we've seen the Forest football v WBA away and Earnshaw didn't play. We've seen the unbeaten runs, Away and at Home, and Earnshaw hardly played, we've also now seen the Derby double, so you know what we have, and you'd love nothing more than this Media frenzy to be right.

Your in for a shock, we have a few touch footballers here now, Billy wouldn't play um, I think SM will!

Looking good from the Shed!

haha

My favourite quotes from them...

Garner McGoldrick McCleary Anderson Moloney Lynch are probably better that what you've signed, - Evidently..

a tough League for us to get out, as much as its a tough League for you to stay in - you certainly look to be getting out of this division 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

we have a young squad, - really?

it is more difficult to improve our squad, Reid has done that - massively.

and finally the dime piece of everything!

Your in for a shock, we have a few touch footballers here now, Billy wouldn't play um, I think SM will!

Amazing..

Where has he gone?

Sorry if this has been posted before but it just gives me a warm glow inside..

It really hammers home the position they have got themselves into- a lot of their first teamers are out of contract in the summer and they can't offer them anywhere near what they are on now. I should think it is a similar thing we have with Green but at least our board had the foresight to stagger the effect and off load as and when we could whilst replacing them with sustainable wages. Also- note the joker who thinks that Mcgugan is worth 1.5 mil! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

But that was before McClaren?

And they are still better than what you signed, just not got it together after recovering from Super Mac.

One more season be worth the wait.

All my aspirational quotes were pre-McClaren

Now your gonna tell me you thought I were wrong in the summer, and you ecpected Derby to be pushing for Play Offs, and Nigel is now a Genius.

Funny Game Football,

We achieve Championship status after this horrendous shock to the club top to bottom, and follow the FFP that we were doiing anyway until Big Gobs took us to the wrong path, we'll fly next.

As for you, well good season? can they kick on? will they, could they?

Football Great, and Forest players, I have no doubt across the board are better than what you have, however proof is in the pudding, so far we are recovering to basics that were successful.

So pre-season aspirations based on two season Play Offs, and not one Derby fan can believe Play Offs two points away, and the other 29,000 waiting for it to end! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Boooooo, I were searching my DOM DOM DOM and SOLIB quotes

from the Derbys Prem to Champs and Forest league One to Champs.

Nowhere to be seen, Booooooooo!

We were inches away from Premiership and the SOLIB and Derby have been inches from the DOM DOM DOM

Hang on to your braces, normal service will resume, Mrs Fate told me! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Now we've started the Insanity claims, lets do a Man for Man appraisal, who would be better than the Forest team appearing for Derby, please don't tell me ALL OF THEM 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I can't, I am sure that if BD and SM could have continued the Fledgling Progression and as I stated in July to you lot, only a few pieces we would have been fine, With BD and SM trying to come from Derby and be the next Brian Clough and win the European Cup instantly, not a chance.

So we are wounded we have caught the Stellaitus disease, and with the FFP on the horizon, which like your Kids Playing for a £1, it works, we did it, but Swansea and Norwich did it better!, and maybe Soton?

No-one knows what will happen, you could clearly see Derby demise from Prem to Champs would not be fixed, and Nigel Clough has done a Gargantuan job, but Billy Davies did well, but not well enough.

Cotterill, may do a better job, however he ain't working with the progressive Reds, with NINE SIGNINGS and a confident free flowing Football Team, neither is he International class **** 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Championship Football will do, great shock, fans will see of all clubs what Forest were doing, and now Derby that Money is a Premium.

So when we strip it down, sort whatever we have to sort, these things I know for sure:

WE ARE TWICE EUROPEAN CHAMPIONS

WE HAVE SOME VERY GOOD TALENT HERE, THAT YOU HAVE SEEN!

AND ONLY UNITY TOP TO BOTTOM and A COUPLE OF PIECES, AS I SAID JULY 9th, WE WILL BE FINE NEXT SEASON.

Just need to stay up, P.S. that may go for your lot too! 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Behave, started before the win v Ipswich.

We just need to stay up! and then you'll see!

Derby well to be honest, I don't know who could be the Hero? Tyson? Robinson? Ward? now I'm struggling.

But one thing you cannot take away from Forest Fans ingrained with Football education, Derby doing well, and I enjoy seeing Derby beating so called Stella like West Ham, the suprise element and youthful exuberance works, just one bit of advise, don't pine for Stella and ask the board to buy buy buy, there isn't enough money for that, just play, progress and develop.

COME ON YOU REDS, Back To Basics, with Nottingham's Got Talent!

Good reports, but I cannot possibly comment on a lad I have not seen week in week out! apart from the scuffer at the CG.

As regards 2 years behind, Derby have been successful in clearing the deadwood out and Nigel has been a success in doing that and now following the FFP guides, your fans will support energy and enthusiasm, and not the misguided Savage is great Nolloz!

I believe quite a few of the Forest ride from League One will stay, and if they go for quick bucks prior to the FFP or Premiership so be it, but the base will be damaged, but mended to be stronger than what you have at the moment for next season.

Football ability, have you a Majewski? McGugan and even a Reid that have that extra quality.

We will be alright, and you will enjoy this Fledgling rise until Stella and Expectations Rise, then watch out!

Forest and Derby should be Premiership Clubs, Ex Champions and we have to watch Wigan? Fulham? Stoke? FFS Swansea?

Be great when we get there again, us winning the European Cup again and you becomeing the Worst Team In History SHOULD BE FUN (Now I'm laughing and joking, don't like it do not respond or Flock Off even) 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
