Now I know why you didn't want us to go up?

And I thought you were just in the main, cursed with the Forevergreenitus, silly me!

I wonder if our Nige, will create success for Derby then even more for us? It cannot happen again surely not?

HAPPY NEW YEAR, Forest to win tomorrow, and Derby to ? daren;t say it! LOL

By "our Nige", you surely aren't referring to "non-league nigel", or "nigel clough, what a ******" that you chaps sang and shouted at him a few months ago? are you? 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Im not getting carried away. I went to Portman Road today and we played extremely well, but its not going to make any difference if we can't string a few goods results together. Going to be in for a hard relegation battle all year im afraid!

Fortune favours the young and brave, can it last? is it really goona be a East Midlands Promotion, not Leicester, not Super Reds but Derby County Youth Club?, can it be?

DOM DOM DOMMMMM 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

Do I sense you do not like Nigel, he has done nothing but a Gargantuan job, keeping the dead wood up, getting rid, and bringing some young blood through. Saying that, its Deja Vu Cloughie again, would he come to a more succesfully historic club who appreciate top football

I think there's more chance of Don Revie being resurrected and taking over at the CG than that happening.

Nige has already done his tenure at a small club in Burton, wouldn't have thought he'd want to go down that route again with Forest....... 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wink' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Sky Sports News understands former England boss Steve McClaren is on his way back to Holland to take over as FC Twente manager for the second time.

McClaren won the Eredivisie title with Twente back in 2010 and is poised to take over from current coach Co Adriaanse.

Adriaanse is set for the sack after just over six months at the helm of the Enschede club, who currently sit third in the table.

Twente are yet to officially confirm 50-year-old McClaren's appointment but he is expected to be unveiled in the near future.

The Yorkshire boss will be hoping to repeat the success he enjoyed with the Dutch side during his first stint at De Grolsch Veste.

Since leaving in 2010, McClaren has endured ill-fated stints at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg and in the Championship with Nottingham Forest.

He has been without a club since leaving Forest in October after less than four months in charge.
