Alex W
Head says 3-2 Ipswich. Heart says Derby win with the same scoreline. It's going to be tough, very tough.

davenportram
Might be just what we need - someone to take the abuse from the fans and take it away from the players.

Show me where he laughed about our club. He did a bad job, but he tried. I see no reason to boo him just because he's crap. He did his best, but failed utterly. Must have affected him mentally, too. JohnClement
Paul Jewell is clearly a rubbish manager, with a grossly inflated reputation from Bradford & Wigan, who both had loads of money in the lower divisions. However many Derby County managers going back to Smith have wasted lots of money, and some of the boards have syphoned it off into their own pockets. Boycie
I can only remember Jewell spending on Jason Roberts and he splashed out a little on Ellington. In the lower leagues. Who else?
Srg
Wigan did have a fair amount of money, not so sure about Bradford Anyway, seen they are signing Bullard. Jewell signs has been old midfielder on huge wages shock *savage*. They've also had a bid for Charlie Austin accepted.
Boycie
Not many house hold names in the promoted Wigan side. Gary Teale was one ffs!
