B4, I don't have autism or learning difficulties and have unintentionally jumped the bar queue before. It happens, all you can do is apologise and if they continue to get mouthy just ignore it.

Having working behind a busy bar myself before (The Broadway), I always felt it was my job to acknowledge who was next to be served and apologise for the wait.

I dont like when people are shouting or people being nasty or mean if me or anyone else.

I look after disabled guest as I know how they feel some come for first time I try make them feel at ease.
