Millenniumram
Surprised to see him drop down to that level (guess it’s the money at Salford). I’d have thought he’d still be a top class player in League One.
cannable
Always thought that had McClaren got his hands on him (injured his knee just before Mac 1) then he’d have gone onto be our best midfielder.

In the same side as Hendrick, Bryson and Hughes?

Big and powerful runner with the ball, link-up play, used the ball well, he could control games, he could cross and take a set piece. He was a better version of Hendrick who could do a bit of Hughes’ job as well. After he left us he even ended up doing the Thorne role at Sheffield United! He started some of the games in 13/14 as a DM. He was brilliant in the Brighton away game.
