Anag Ram
No idea of your financial situation but it might be worth at least getting a cost for a private consultation. Hope you get the treatment you need soon.
SSD
My friends knee op has been cancelled until next year. Many of the specialists have now been put on the frontline to help with COVID 19. I'm sorry to hear about your situation B4, wishing you the best.

The doctor signs you off, if it’s that bad get a sick note from the doctors. I’m not sure your employer would want you there if you’re in that much pain? sonofmidnight
A friend of mine, in Sheffield, who is on the list for a hip replacement and like you is in considerable pain got in touch with his MP to see why he was still waiting for his first appointment. Whether it was just a coincidence or not but 3 days later he received an appointment. You've nothing to lose!
