You've gotta ask yourself why he has to go to the garden shed if his mrs is going out to the hairdresser anyway. Must be where he keeps his nudie mags

This morning my son's U8's team were well mismatched and lost 14 - 0. We ended up with 2 of their players playing our side to try and even things up a bit.

I'm expecting a similar scenario today against Rotherham. I'd suggest giving them Marriott & Ledley and letting them play with 13 players just to keep our score in single figures.

When I were a lad, my cub scouts team played Saturday mornings. Sadly, we only had me and one other who could play, so it was rarely pretty. One day we lost 9-2, with me scoring as well as making some amazing last ditch tackles to keep the score down. I was in a miserable mood setting off for the Baseball Ground, as the Rams seem to have lost their mojo too. 

We beat Spurs 8-2! As a lover of symmetry, I kept hoping we'd get one more to cancel out the morning result, but down to a superb performance from Pat Jennings it didn't happen. If I recall, the board sacked Dave Mackay a few days later [looks for "banging head against a wall in frustration" emoji]
