eddie
Got some Robinsons Old Tom for Ron never tried it before. Is it like barley wine? Not really. It's classified as an 'old ale' and as such is more like a stout (although not quite as heavy) or a porter with sweeter, caramel and chocolate notes. It's magnificent. May Contain Nuts
Half a pint of Redwillow 'thoughtless' Imperial Stout. Yes, it is over 9% but doesn't taste it. Pretty complex, smokey but with a lot of berry coming through after a few seconds. froggg
