Day
If you have Apple TV and a iPhone can AirPlay to your tv. Guess there's a Crapdroid equivalent that doesn't work quite as well

Number they give is just the main number so no idea what to do with the IVR options. Probably only given to EE direct customers, if you went to EE through a reseller like carphone warehouse you're shafted

But if you want an iPhone you can see and have hands bigger than a 7 year old you'll need the iPhone ++++ and they cost about the same as a 747. Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge - 32gb £629 iPhone 6S+ - 64gb £699, 16gb £619 Not much difference going direct, 6S+ has a bigger screen. Contracts will be very similar

Dordogne_Ram
Be careful though. At the end of the free period offered, they will try and tie you in to a longer contract period for ANOTHER BT service which you have if you decide NOT to continue. This is Ok if you intend to remain with them, but not if you want to switch to elsewhere, and because it is all on-line, you have to click one or other of the options. Sharp practice!
