loweman2
La Liga side want to renegotiate price on Derby defender http://the72.co.uk/48212/la-liga-side-want-to-renegotiate-price-on-derby-defender/ According to website Football Espana, La Liga side Malaga are looking to renegotiate the agreed purchase price for on-loan Derby County defender Raúl Albentosa who is on loan at La Rosaleda until the end of this current season. Albentosa, who only signed for The Rams on a two-and-a-half year deal from La Liga side Eibar in January 2015, is wanted by Malaga on a permanent deal after the initial loan ends but are wanting to renegotiate the apparent €1.2m fee according to Spanish sports paper AS (quoted on Football Espana). The loan deal between Derby and Malage came about after what ex-head coach Paul Clement said was Albentosa’s struggle to adapt to life as a Ram. At the time, Clement said to The Derby Telegraph, “I think he [Albentosa] struggled to adapt a bit after joining last season, particularly culturally, so this move is good for him and he’s going to a good club [in Malaga].” Football Espana say that Malaga’s Sporting Director Francesc Arnau “is planning for next season and wants Albentosa to be one of the club’s signings,” yet wants to speak to Derby about the agreed price for the ex-Cádiz and Eibar centreback. Albentosa featured in 17 La Liga games last season for Eibar, scoring two goals and providing two assists, before his January move to Derby where he featured in eight Championship games. So far this season in his loan spell for Malaga, Albentosa has featured 16 times, scoring one goal against Celta Vigo.

What would the man from Delmonte say then?
The Scarlet Pimpernel
If we have a contract make them pay. We are not a charity for small Spanish clubs.
harryram
tell em to f**k right off. Less than a million quid for a first choice center back that they have already trialled. Not bad business if we do sell him for agreed amount 400,000 for a few months
