I agree in theory, but you only have to take a quick glance at Chelsea and Mourinho's record when it comes to giving youth players a fair chance to see that it just isn't going to happen. Since John Terry 0 Chelsea youth players have made an impact in the first team, and that's in spite of them cherry picking talent from smaller clubs. I can't see any of bamford, solanke or brown getting much first team action. Think Mourinho would prefer Solanke of the three, should Cost/Falcao/Remy all be out.
