I don't get how people have been using the Internet without realising that if a website fails to load properly, you try the refresh button first. 

Whenever it's happened in the past have they just said: 'it's hopeless, my computer is clearly broken, time for a new one, that's tge 6th time this year.'

​This is Apple's error message that basically says they don't put enough ram in their products. If you have loads of apps or tabs open shut a few down. It's not unique to this site, I get it on BBC News, Football, eBay etc.
