Young, English and without a club so wouldn't mind being second fiddle to Martin and we could possibly get his career back on track. Surely worth a short term deal at least. I always thought he should be good due to having good attributes for a striker: tall, strong, quick. However, he has been unimpressive everywhere he's been. Not even with a bargepole. A real underachiever and good though our management team are, we can't be expected to turn around the careers of every young(ish) player who has failed to fulfill previous promise.
