I think the club, and I'm not criticising, wanted to delay the news because there's a feel good factor to keep up and tickets to sell. That's sensible business. Keane in, Ward out. Keeps people from potential doom mongering. Get the new lad signed and then let us know about Ward. Although him being injured is hardly a new thing.
