Ball's back, they wanted to keep him longer but don't have the resources.

Callum Loan Ends

http://www.torquayunited.com/news/article/ball-goes-back-1102431.aspx

STRIKER Callum Ball has returned to Derby County after completing his two-month loan spell with United.

The Gulls were initially keen on extending the deal but fitness concerns over the first-choice centre-back pairing of Krystian Pearce and Aaron Downes means that Yellow resources need to be spent on other departments.

Callum scored two goals in his time at Plainmoor, both of which came in the 4-2 victory over Cheltenham. Everybody at United would like to thank Callum for his hard work at the club and we wish him the best for his future.

Heard anything about Graham Dorrans signing for you? Yesterday the rumour was Forest, Reading and yourselves were interested but Forest have dropped out

I think we're only in the market for good players now.

Mason has had his first taste of Wembley for the season, coming off the bench for Chesterfield in the 72nd minute of the Johnson's Paint Trophy final against the Posh. They lost 3-1. He had a shot from distance, deflected and well saved. Great if he#s back to score the winning goal in the playoff final.
