Dcfc gave him chance.....turned out to be a crap LB but was rescued by getting an opportunity at CB

Even so...was over rated

And then shat on us when Lionel Pickering was going bust due to having shelled out on nonces like him.

So.....er no thanks.

From the BBC

Sheffield United have signed Stoke's Danny Higginbotham on a free transfer, with the defender signing an initial six-month contract.

[url=http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/19686328]Higginbotham, 34, had been on loan at Ipswich, playing 12 times, and Town had agreed a deal to extend the loan.

But the ex-Manchester United, Derby and Sunderland man opted to drop a division instead as he wanted to move closer to home and to chase a permanent deal.

He will make his Blades debut at Doncaster on New Year's Day.

Isnt that what they all say ? thought he would at least stayed in this division , good luck to him !
