how do you take the Rams Sir ? (and Maam)

My first game was 3-2 against Watford in '82. Kevin Hector scored the winner in his last game for the club and Yaka Banovic was in goal.

Got my first season ticket in 1988 with my Dad and have had one ever since.

It's odd, at the time listening to my dad going on about "That Mark Wright is a good player, but he's no McFarland..."

Just like Shackell was solid, but he was no Mark Wright...

We sit right at the top, NE corner. Atmosphere isn't too shabby, a fair few vocal people and a great view (apart from not being able to see the big screen but I'm over that).

To be honest though, I'd gladly move seats cos me legs are struggling with all them stairs. I hate getting old 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Ssshhh.... whisper it Mrs, what does it mean? 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/ph34r' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Knowing Uttox, it'll be something relating to a FDPD. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />

I go to every southern away game.

Occasionally venture up north, used to quite a lot, then realised i dont like it and it's a waste of time, effort and money. Gone are the days of me going from Bournemouth (when im at uni) to Burnley for a 5.20 kick off, under this management any way.

Millwal, Palace, Watford, Charlton, Peterborough and Brighton are enough for me. Although might go to Brum this season, never been to their ground.

Im 20, first game i can remember was a 2-2 draw against Man Utd. Properly caught the bug around 2004, can recall a lot of games from round then.

Had a season ticket in the SE corner from 16-19 however i knocked that on the head as i currently despise most aspects of Pride Park, now tend to do 3-4 home games and 15 - 20 away games, money permitting.

That's unfortunate, considering how poor we are away from home!

Went to odd games as a kid until I got a season ticket for Christmas the year that Arthur Cox got us promoted from the 3rd division and had one ever since - East Upper now, slightly towards North. Try to do an away game per month (as that's the maximum allowed by my pass!)

Make the most of it because one day the pass will be tampered with and the word month will have been changed to season!
