networker1884
Yeah, so Hughes injured himself when he took a shot on the turn late on. Looked in discomfort and limped around the pitch until Hendrick replaced him a bit later. Then he limped off. Has anything official been said, or is it just me? Brammie Steve
Two most dreaded word..."Hughes" and "Injury" when used together! Alph
Hope he's alright. I thought him and Bryson would lack too much height and strength to play together but they are deffo worth another look on Tuesday. Cardiff performed a midfield master class last year. DCFCfranco
He looked fine (just watched the game again) I think it was a bit of a knock and clough took him off as a precaution. He should be fine he was still running and passing without much of a problem I'll be shocked if there was a problem with him.
physiophil
I remember thinking it looked bad for Hughes as he was came off, BUT as soon as the final whistle went he was back on the pitch. If it was as bad as we all fear then im sure he would have been in the physio room or anywhere but the pitch ?? Lets hope he is fine
-JW-
He's fine, Clough would've mentioned it in his post match interview if it was a bad'un.
knabby crackers
It was mentioned on Radio Derby some time ago that he's been carrying a slight injury/knock for about 3 weeks apparently, something he picked up in training, I bet Fatty Sullivan has been supervising his paracetamol 500mg dosage. Hopefully Nigel will rest him on Tuesday and give him chance to rest it and come back 100% for the Fester game.

PrivateDerby
Slightly off topic but it makes you wonder what on earth our old players were up to doesn't it... always injured, ill, under the weather. Cloughies new squad are so far pretty injury free and resilient to minor colds (touch fookin wood) who knows, maybe they want to play for Derby County?
