  1. that's not a timetable/order. It's spread over 2/3 venues/halls over 3 nights, usually 3 acts per Venue, per night. They only release the schedule the week before.
  2. mate, that 80s one (20-23 September 2024) will be awesome. I'll be there.
  3. I cannot relate to this, I never go to Butlins when the families/kids are there, and I only go with the boys for a Music Weekender. I've done Minehead and Skeggy, mainly for 80s Weekenders. I have done Oktoberfest, 90s and Bootleg once each too. We go on the Friday morning and leave on the Monday morning and as a group of 10-16 lads, these Adult Music Weekenders are amazing. Our next one is September and we were talking about it last night, excited for the blowout and laughter. If you want a laugh, I recommend them, 5 star they're not, but you can shower, sleep, eat and drink, so what else do you need?
  4. I know it's a topic for another thread, but I agree with you on Neville. The only other pundit I tend to think speaks absolutely brilliantly is Emma Hayes.
  5. You should have taken some fancy dress and gone last Friday
  6. I hacked Boycie's account and his password was C@dEzER0mYHEr0
  7. Would I have been the only poster teasing B4 that we never caught Pompey if he was around? Even though I knew he had some difficulties, I used to enjoy a little ribbing at expense of his optimism, however reading this, it makes me sound like a bully! I don't think there's a regular poster/reader here who didn't love B4's valuation of Rams players! 😄
  8. not mine, but saw it on FB and it made me chuckle, I love stuff like this
  9. I buy from local butchers. I was talking about annoying McDonald's adverts
  10. where they make a big deal of saying the beef they use is British or Irish! Who cares?
  11. someone listens to Talksport a lot! 😄
  12. I was going to say this one. Also, - (I have moles/birth marks) and if they got caught, scratched, or picked, I'd bleed to death! Led to years of panic when play fighting and someone caught the massive mole on my body - anyone who had a painting of the crying boy in their living room would suddenly have their house burn down - if you peeped at Santa Claus as he put your presents at the end of the bed, he'd take them all away - if you were in the road and a car came, no way would the driver stop and avoid killing you, the driver would run you over, no matter if he/she knew you were there! 😄 - I also used to panic if the engine was running and my dad got out of the car, I couldn't understand 'Neutral'
  13. not wishing to downplay your worries in any way shape or form, and would never tell you how to feel about a beloved family member, but I have vast experience in the contracting/redundancy and general lack of security, and as s*** as it is, I've found that as long as I pick myself up, dust myself down, and conduct myself properly, the rewards will come and the situation resolves itself, I hope that whatever happens workwise, you back yourself and your ability and you are fine.
  14. I don't have the words, but like others, I truly and sincerely wish all of you the best.
  15. I think it's dangerous. The link between men (particularly in my age range) committing suicide and their feelings of not wanting to burden/bother anyone is quite large. When I was in my bad place, the feeling of solitude and nobody understanding was quite overwhelming. This forum helped me get away from those feelings and took away my shame and embarrassment for the feelings I had. This, in a long line of out of touch politicians, has been quite stupid here but I hope we have come too far and will continue to.
  16. they do Cheesy Beans now.
  17. Yes, I watched it straight after Squid Game. I quite enjoyed it.
  18. I'd be happy if he turned out so handsome
  19. Dexter has been home 1 week now. He's awesome little character.
  20. I lost the argument to name our new puppy Nidge, based on her not wanting the dog named after a violent, murdering psychopath. Weird how she agreed to name him Dexter though 😄
  21. we know you'd rather do this than almost everything anyway.....
