Errrr yes ,no matter how we are playing it’s derby, no matter who is manager it’s derby , no matter who’s playing for us it’s derby ,no matter who owns us it’s derby ,, ITS DERBY,

sorry mate and sorry anybody else who is gonna jump in and give me stick for what my idea of a derby fan is but choosing to watch Liverpool v Roma instead of derby v Cardiff in a game that is vital to us is beyond me understanding , the day I choose to do that is the day I choose to stop being a derby fan and that is never going to happen ,, never

I would usually go down to a nearby Irish pub that has several satellite sports channels, but I would be stuck on my own in a corner with no sound while everybody else was watching Liverpool v Roma or Bundesliga.

Classic late notice from the EFL but just making sure everyone knows that the Cardiff and Villa games have been selected for TV coverage.

The Sky Sports website shows the Boro v Millwall fixture at 5.30pm but not the Villa v Derby game. It would be unusual for them to show a 3 pm game.

My issue is with anxiety, and it's a bit of a weird one.

About a year ago, I was ill, it was just a generic cold. However, after this I had noticed that one of my lymph nodes in my neck had become inflamed. The age demographic I'm in (20-24) Lymphoma is a relatively common type of cancer to contract, and this really triggered anxiety for me. I committed the cardinal sin of googling, and ever since I've gone through phases of compulsively believing I'm suffering from several different types of cancer. I'm not. This health anxiety has wound up with me feeling some real symptoms of it, and has had a real detriment to my energy levels and overall well being.

The thing is, deep down I KNOW I'm exaggerating and nothing is wrong with me. However, I just can't shake the feeling. I can get myself worked up over it, even when I know I'm being ridiculous. In fact, I'm even slightly apprehensive with posting this.

On a separate note, this really is an excellent thread. I'm really glad people feel comfortable to share things on this forum, and I wish you all the best, don't suffer in silence!

I was born with a very slight curvature of the spine, and for 30 years I got along without any problems. Then one day one of my vertebrae started pressing on a nerve in my back. The problem is that this nerve is right next to the heart, and it also goes over the shoulder and round to the front. The result was that I had severe chest pains right next to my heart coupled with the sensation that I couldn't get my breath.

I was convinced that I was going to drop dead from a heart attack. One very hot day I collapsed at work and was taken off to hospital with a racing heart and high blood pressure. I also collapsed at the hairdressers a few weeks later. They did all the tests on my heart and found nothing.

It took me about six months at least to accept that the pain was coming from my back and not my heart. My solution was to become a swimming fanatic and go to the swimming baths regularly. The exercise was good for my back and it also proved I could exert myself physically without dropping dead. I still feel my back every day, but I have never had the racing pulse or hyperventilation again in the 30 years since then.

I have also had the suspected lymphoma thing too. It turned out to be caused by a large cyst that had formed in the void that was left where my branchial clefts or "gills" hadn't grown back properly when I was an embryo. They operated on it and it has been okay ever since.

Yes. I noticed the echo. Lots of hard surfaces.

but it is a quality product.

That echo is a flanging or chorusing effect caused by the audio signal being split to give identical copies that are then played slightly out of synch with each other. Even the adverts are affected!

The show itself is excellent and I really look forward to watching it, but the technical issues do let it down.

The official site (annoyingly) has taken to forcing auto-play videos upon us, they pop up down at the bottom right of the screen unwelcome and unannounced.

I'd guess that you may have had more than one window/tab open and one of those little blighters was playing intermittently on a separate screen.

I'm sure you're right. At home I use Adblock Plus for Firefox to block those pesky little popups and it works very well, so much so that I had forgotten they were there. Obviously there's no equivalent for Android, as Google want to treat you to as many ads and popups as possible.

I tried faffing about with my Android phone to try to close the frame in the background that was causing the problem, but the three little buttons at the bottom of the screen also disappear when the video is played in the full-screen mode (by default?) and I usually ended up losing the stream. So I decided to grin and bear it.

Does anybody know if there is a way to disable the autoplay in Chrome for Android?

  7. I used the app for the first time yesterday as I was not at home.

I watched the first half hour on a train between Luxembourg and Germany, and it worked well enough as long as there was a decent phone signal. The commentary was very quiet though.

I saw the last half hour in a cafe with WLAN. The video was great, but  the strange thing was that little snippets of Friday night's U23 commentary kept creeping in. Very odd.

Did any one have problems watching the game from the app on Saturday? Or was it just on the desktop sight? The support team have told me they are looking into some problems they had on Saturday so that's probably what explains it.

I was having massive problems on the desktop site, but the Android app wouldn't even let me log in (credentials failed).

Normally the service is OK and the stream only goes down 2-3times at the most during the game, but Saturday was diabolical
