Yeah, and I think they'll release their bits tonight as will others I guess.

Unfortunately David is going to get the wrath of some of our worst fans for the crime of wanting to go home and go to bed before reporting back on what was said.

    Pure brainlessness

Be nice to hear some bits of news tonight understand why David will do his write up tomorrow it’s a late night others may come out and tell straight away

    Why is it impossible?

Its not impossible for Mel to sit down with RamsTV, Radio Derby and be asked questions that supporters what answers for.

Or for the meeting with supporters tonight to be filmed and put on RamsTV for us all to watch.

We've done it many times. I remember the one at the cinema, there's been one at Pride Park.

There's literally no excuse for us not to be able, to at the very least, watch the forum on RamsTV.

To pick and choose who goes and not at least give access to all the fans to watch either live or after the meeting is over is disgusting.

Plus it does seem that groups like the Punjabi Rams have been asked to sign NDAs.

It’s just dividing the fan base some get to go others don’t and stay in the dark about it all. What’s the point in having one

Chris Coles on Radio Derby saying very unlikely to sign anyone in next couple of days, Thursday will be crucial day for us. Rooneys wish of bringing in large number of players not going to happen more likely to be 3 or 4.

How depressing wonder what’s changed from what Rooney said on Sunday

I would think for Mel to agree to this fan meeting on Weds the idea would have been for the HMRC to be paid & some signings in rather than the position we're currently in just so it eliminates abit of the fans anger/frustration

Is that when that meeting is Wednesday

Thats right. For obvious reasons an outgoing owner can't buy or register new players.

Also thought that this might be linked to the season ticket situation. Other clubs in our division are selling them but we seem an outlier in terms of not selling them. Pearce gave the reason as uncertainty around Covid but that applies to every club & hence I believe thats a smokescreen. I think its actually to do with the renegotiation with new owners that would need to happen should a large influx of new cash come into the club i.e. season ticket funds

If the takeover wasnt close & we were supposedly as skint as everyone says, why on earth would we turn down the prospect of a massive cash injection from season tickets? Makes no sense. I think takeover is happening in a matter of days...feel free to bookmark ?

I’d love to hope you were right but if it was this close why would Rooney be so negative about it all? The way he has spoken makes me think it’s a lot further away than we hope…

  6. Rooney basically said even with the relaxed EFL embargo, it wouldn’t be possible to bring any players in as certain restrictions still remain. Though he wouldn’t discuss what exactly. Again stressed that he needs help from both inside and, if possible, outside the club.

This was from Rooneys press conference after after the game, suggest none of the players want a 1 year contract on 11k a week…

could mean that in 2 weeks we go into the opening game with a very poor side
