Sorry, you should know I don't mean your comments. I have no problem at all with people disagreeing with my view of Warne and then telling me what it is that I don't see in the football and results. But I am fed up with personal insults just because I don't rate Warne. Warne has done his job, the one Clowes picked him for. And whilst we may have set Club records we've not exactly done it with any style (imho obvs 😄 ) and we're at a level we've hardly played at and are playing at not because of our football abilities but because of our financial failings. Here's to next season! #COYR I'm sure you'll have a great time at the Carlisle game if you've a ticket. 🙂

I'm optimistic about next season in the Championship. We have the resources in Academy and finance, we have the stadium and training facilities, we will once again have the 'pull' to attract good players. #COYR

Well I guess the Prem teams like Chelsea have found out that having a good manager to spend the money is just if not more important. We're down in League 1 because we had points deducted not because we bought bad players or were out played. I enjoyed last season more than this, and if this season ends in promotion I'll be glad to get out of this League.

😆 This really isn't the League 1 of old, whatever that means. There's been very little kicking and out-muscling and much playing of football to a greater or lesser extent. Don't we hold the stats for 'airball' Warneball? 😄 It isn't a stunning achievement, but it is literally an achievement. As has been said elsewhere we weren't relegated on footballing inability but on administrative inability.

It's not only wingers that play as forward players. There's more to attacking play than running quickly with the ball. Although our 'tactics' are limited ATM. So not literally a like for like which I didn't mean, sorry for the confusion.

All of the players you name could play in the Championship, but not necessarily with us.

He didn't look like you suggest yesterday - he's not had lots of opportunity to show how he can play forward. After all who'd have thought he'd make a fullback. He hasn't hit the 'heights' because the club has sunk like a stone. He's all of 22? How old is Wilson etc. He's nowhere near the finished article but even so looks a threat when played other than as a defensive player.

LWB wastes his best asset which is his goal-scoring ability. He’s a midfielder or front man, he could easily do CBTs role. His deadball ability and crossing is better than we’ve seen from many in the squad.

I'll be watching on RamsTV, there'll be lots of alcohol too. More than necessary to deal with watching the beautiful game as served up by Warne. 😄 Next season will be interesting in more ways than one I'm sure.

Oh come on, some of the attacking play was excellent. But Collo didn't have his shooting boots on. I agree the sideways across the back line stuff was tedious though. I guess we needed a 'midway' point manager. Although I'm not sure if rumours were true and it was (unaffordable) Evatt that it would have been him either. 😁
