  1. That's not what we had last season, but it is where we were. We've not gone forwards at all.
  2. No. But we know what Warne said about bringing them on. We either have to be winning by a big margin or losing by a big margin - nothing to do with waiting 18 months to two years at all!
  3. That is of course the possibility that most Rams fans (including Clowes?) are clinging to. #glasshalffull It's just there's been very little to suggest it'll continue! #glasshalfempty 😄 #COYR
  4. How much do you get added on for it being January and we're desperate?
  5. Oooh pick me, pick me! I pray we win every game and Warne gets us promoted. Yes I do. Because his total lack of dimensions as a manager would be easily apparent in the Championship and it would be much easier to see exactly what we'd got.
  6. Lovely finish by Didzy getting in front of the defender, for Notts goal. Lots of possession and movement by Notts County.
  7. Yeah. TBH this is just distraction from the main points of Warne's tenure. We play horrible football - watching Notts County atm, Didzy just scored, they look everything we're not. And there seems very little forward planning, with little appreciation of a Cat1 academy.
  8. Imagine how Warne would have done with us last season without the good start (and squad) from Rosenior. 😉

  10. They managed to stay up without him. So he's no great shakes is he. All this yo-yoing is vaguely acceptable when it's Prem to Championship, or if you are Rotherham. But he has shown no sign of being a good long-term manager for this club. I wonder when the 'established in the Championship' aims will fade.
  11. Very Warney, play Tomori where he doesn't play and then hook him off after 45 minutes. 😄
  12. So owners who can afford to spend lots of money should be penalised by being made to pay some money? 😄
  13. I've seen the goals, ours too. As I said if you think that it's easy attempting to play a game that you're not the best at - ie Collins as a winger! - and you can do it consistently, that's up to you. As I said I don't agree. But you blame Hourihane for the performance then, it makes a change from it being Sibley's fault. 😄
  14. BBC: "Sanction relates to losses over a three-year period The Premier League referred Everton to an independent commission in March but did not reveal the specifics of the club's alleged breach. Everton posted financial losses for the fifth successive year in March after reporting a £44.7m deficit in 2021-22. Premier League clubs are permitted to lose £105m over a three-year period and Everton admitted to being in breach of the profit and sustainability rules (PSR) for the period ending 2021-22. Following a five-day hearing in October, the commission found in favour of the Premier League that Everton's losses during that period amounted to £124.5m."
  15. Currently watching the England U17s play Brazil U17s in the World Cup (on FIFA Plus). Have we any contenders for an England place?
  16. I have to actually GO to matches then, not just watch every one that is on RamsTV or ITVX? Righteo. The Crewe game was the only one not on tv. And my point stands, there is more to a players performance than how much they run around. Consider the players might have the same downer that you have! 😄 The forum is for you a downer because the comments reflect that we are nothing but a poor imitation of Rotherham, with a manager who's tactics are one dimensional and isn't doing that well with a good budget and a 'big club'.
  17. Oh I'm sure you are just misinterpreting what he said in that interview. 😄 I also wonder what Clowes with his Cat1 Academy thinks.
  18. Are there two different yellow cards? Get another and you are off. So it doesn't matter what the first was issued for. I know that Sibs set up the goal and has the best shot in the squad or some such label from Warne. We needed to score. We needed to try something other than put Ward on to throw yet more crosses into the box. If you'd take Messi off when your team were needing goals however he'd been playing then that would be your choice. I'd leave him on as he'd have something extra. No I am not comparing Sibs to Messi or Bellingham. Warne get the criticism because he's one dimensional. I wonder who needed to see the game to know he'd bring Bradley on? 😄 You are exaggerating a point, my point was about younger players not getting a chance. But yeah Sibs had 60 minutes so that's enough! Was there no-one else playing as badly as Sibley then?

  20. I said there was more to whether a player was trying than watching his legs move - you were inside his head were you?
  21. Do you think that the only way it is obvious a player is trying is when you see their legs move? 😄 You do know that the brain has an influence too? Hourihane is being asked to play in a way that doesn't suit him, he's said so. He's also not as young as he was but still was made to play when others could have. His mental strength might not also be what it was. He strikes me a decent bloke but you think he wasn't trying. I disagree.
  22. That didn't, and you haven't, answered the points I made. 😄
