What's wrong with the one's we've got in the Academy?

Last season we went on an 18 (?) game unbeaten run - why weren't we building on that? Why did we need to start again as some are suggesting? I have no idea what most of you are standing up for, we look no better than when Warne arrived. He's had a year and two transfer windows. He's got a stronger academy. What has he done? But we have to give him more time because that is the only way to tell if he's any good. #whatever #glassofficiallyempty

Stability? But two of his last managers were poached by other clubs, so theoretically were 'right'. How do you stop that happening? Are we expecting to get Warne poached?

All the time it looked like they were taking the club and squad forward.

Out of interest how long is 'for now' and why? After it's too late to change this season, or after another season, or ... ?

What did you think towards the end of last season when we 'failed' to get into the Top 6. No-one thought that was going to happen - there's a 'promote us now' thread sunk somewhere on the board. We all assume that won't happen again, but where is the evidence to support that? Sales of rose-tinted glasses are soaring, is that it? 😉 😄

Oooh pick me, pick me! I pray we win every game and Warne gets us promoted. Yes I do. Because his total lack of dimensions as a manager would be easily apparent in the Championship and it would be much easier to see exactly what we'd got.

Yeah. TBH this is just distraction from the main points of Warne's tenure. We play horrible football - watching Notts County atm, Didzy just scored, they look everything we're not. And there seems very little forward planning, with little appreciation of a Cat1 academy.

Imagine how Warne would have done with us last season without the good start (and squad) from Rosenior. 😉

They managed to stay up without him. So he's no great shakes is he. All this yo-yoing is vaguely acceptable when it's Prem to Championship, or if you are Rotherham. But he has shown no sign of being a good long-term manager for this club. I wonder when the 'established in the Championship' aims will fade.
