There will be plenty of opportunity for fans to get to away games, it's maybe a case of how much do you actually want to get to games, or would you prefer to miss out and moan about the scheme?

I'm in the away members with 0 games (actually 4 games) bracket but I still see plenty of opportunity for tickets. Our aim is to get to at least 5 games and move up the priority order for next season.

I would say the below chances applies to general sale as well as bottom rung away members.

    Charlton - got tickets

    Mansfield - didn't get tickets

    Shrewsbury - didn't get tickets

    Fleetwood - didn't get tickets

    Morecombe - little chance

    Lincoln - no chance

    Cambridge - little chance

    Accrington - little chance

Mansfield - possibly, novelty factor gone

Ipswich - good chance due to distance

MK Dons - 100% anyone wanting a ticket will get one

Portsmouth - good chance due to distance

    Burton - no chance

Bolton - good chance, good allocation and xmas

Port Vale - good chance on allocation

    Cheltenham - little chance

Plymouth - good chance due to distance

    Wycombe - possibly

Barnsley - good chance on allocation

    Oxford - possibly

Peterborough - good chance on allocation

    Forest Green - little chance

    Bristol Rovers - little chance

Exeter - maybe, distance and night game but no chance if promotion is possible

Sheff Wed - good chance on allocation

Agree with  most of that, I'm in the same situation but just wondering if I have missed something with the Lincoln game as I've got it down as a possible due to the allocation of around the 2000 mark and the fact it's a Tuesday night game.

A good interview from LR I think his frustration mirrors that expressed on the forum I do think that we are, at the moment, trying to keep possession of the ball at the expense of taking a chances, a player doesn't want to be the one to lose possession so he passes the ball rather that taking the half chance\shot presented to him.

We can only hope that as the team play more games together we begin to create and take more chances then convert those chances into goals.

Still a good start to the season.

Exactly this,a good example of lack of bravery last night when Hourihane collects the ball on the edge of the box with a chance to shoot on his favoured foot but decides to square it to Smith who I think has scored 3 goals in his last 300 odd games ,still early days and we  will get better.

I will try and post how many are left just before they go offline (I’ll be in Skegvegas). I would imagine the phone lines to the ticket office will be very busy ( and expensive) so if you can be there in person I would think that would be your best chance but who knows. It is also match day so maybe you would be there anyway although it will be a bit early.

Many Thanks Foreveram if we get that far down the list it sounds like old school queuing is the order of the day.

They go off-sale online on Friday 12th so won’t be posting them as it’s in person purchase only.

Help for an idiot then please,if there are any tickets left when we reach the category of just away members can I ring and purchase from the ticket office or do I need to be there in person,as I won't even know if tickets remain.

You can't say you don't want to debate it and then end with a question ?

Seriously though, as with the whole challenge of limited availability of away tickets - they're never going go please everyone. If the window for each category was only one day, there would be some who would say that isn't enough time.

Aye Tamworthram happen your right, I mean it works fine under normal circumstances, but just thought the Shrewsbury tickets are cutting it fine time wise, maybe it's the oppositions late allocation?

  9. Don't want to debate the whole Away Members thing, but the new system leaves the postal tickets for the Shrewsbury game for us members with less than 5 away last season a bit tight. Why two days for each category?

Not an ITK kind of person normally, or don't say ought, but I know that our previous manager is keen to match any bids on this one.  Might go to the fizzy pop league for the dollars I suppose.

Let's hope Max doesn't go anywhere, he's always expressed a want to play at the highest level he can so don't really see him going to America at his age.

Not sure how that works though....if he's contracted to x amount of pounds a week then that's a contractual obligation which his employer has to uphold?

Unless you are legally entitled to vary a persons contract when their employer is in administration?

Apparently the 32 Red deal ran out this summer maybe that has something to do with it.
