  1. It’s scafs, flanges and ballions day today……
  2. Pinched from a reliable source. The purchase is expected to be funded in part or whole by Mikheil Lomtadze, a former private equity investor from Georgia who generated revenues of $2.9 billion in 2022 and was confirmed by chairman Rob Couhig last month to be entering into a new partnership with the club. Bloombergs Billionaire Index #492 $5.82B The majority of Lomtadze's fortune is derived from his stake in publicly traded Kaspi.kz. He owns 23% of the company, according to a January 2024 SEC filing. Kaspi is the biggest online payments, sales and fintech group in Kazakhstan, according to the website. Lomtadze has collected more than $500 million in dividends and from selling shares, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. Cash holdings are based on these proceeds as well as an analysis of insider transactions, taxes and market performance. David Ferguson, Kaspi.kz head of investor relations, declined to comment on Lomtadze's net worth. “partnership”………….yeh right.
  3. Pinched from The Oatcake………..(that’s Stoke for you young uns) So what happened at Stoke where we were saying he'd lost it? It's not as if Derby have been tearing up the goal scoring records and the Derby fans I know bemoan the dour football played by Warne. Yet Gayle seems to have found his confidence there and is a folk hero already. Surprising what confidence can do for a player. …….seems fair comment to me! 👍😁
  4. I’ve changed Burton to Bolton, but the sentiment remains the same B4 April 2023……………………If ever we needed a rallying call. Well calling all derby fans to get really really really behind the lads we need get behind the lads lets have wall of noise and have sea of black and white let's have scafs flags and balloons let's cheer lads on into the play offs. The louder we are the better lads play. Let bolton players shake with fear and let them think what on earth have we got our selfs into here. …………..no further comment required!
  5. #metoo………….👍😁
  6. For those out and about tonight live commentary on Talksport2. 👍😁
  7. Pinched from elsewhere……..pick the bones out of this lot! 👍😁 The week in yellow is the international break. The Posh v Wycombe 6th April is the Johnstones pizza Bristol street trophy thingy being played on the 7th.
  8. Strikers like Gayle thrive on goals, 2 goals in 2 games, he’ll be smashing Warne’s office door down to start this one! 👍😁
  9. Anyone you know?……………..Some happy folks on here! 👍😁
  10. Pinched from elsewhere. “Them dominating the game is the least they should expect. Hourihane is probably on as much as our entire team. “
  11. Pinched from one of the Bristol forum moderators. Derby were by far the best team we’ve seen at the Mem this season IMO. The scoreline flattered them and whilst they’re a league apart (and certainly will be next season) from us I don’t feel we did that badly today. We were beaten by a team who should have no place in League One next season. …………………………seems fair comment!. 👍😁
  12. Attendance 9,937. Rams Fans 1348. Rovers biggest league crowd of the season………well done to all that travelled. 👍🐏
  13. Midday ………what’s left. 😁 17 seats available for Non Season Ticket holders. 36 seats available for Season Ticket holders.
  14. Pinched from footballwebpages. Anyway, they’ve got the following. Home fixtures, win 4, draw 1. Away fixtures, win 1, draw 4. So, they’re predicting unbeaten for the rest of the season! It’s going to be blooming tight. ……………………..don’t phone it’s just for fun!
  15. Only 300 tickets will be available for the event and, due to the expected high demand, most of the tickets will be allocated to 2023/24 Full and Half Season Ticket Holders, with a small number allocated to Non-Season Ticket Holders with a Fan ID. Entry is FREE and tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis from 10am on Tuesday 5th March via: dcfc.co.uk/toptix/en-gb/categories/home. Apologies if posted elsewhere 🤔 https://www.dcfc.co.uk/news/2024/03/derby-county-fans-forum-march-2024
  16. Sinfin Lane training ground. No running water, old railway carriage to store the nets, corner flags, line paint etc, grass cut by the council, Ford Transit mini bus down from the Baseball Ground and then pile back in for a shower back at the BG. No jumpers for goalposts tho……..the players uprooted the real thing and hid em behind the carriage! 👍😁
  17. If as most think on here that it is a three up front where does this leave Blackett-Taylor? Seems our January window “number one target” (according to Pearce) can’t get into this line up. Some reckon his body language ain’t great…………….no bloody wonder! 🤔
  18. Blackett-Taylor must start tomorrow for me. Pearce said during his interview with Radio Derby that Blackett-Taylor and I quote was “ our number one target” during the January transfer window. We spend time chasing and signing an out and out winger with a good reputation at this level and throughout the league when starting in a front three. If ever he needed a bit of a confidence booster then starting against, on current form, the worst team in this league is a must. Mendez-Lang, Gayle, Blackett-Taylor up front, couple of full backs bombing on, advanced midfielders getting into the box, Adam’s in front of Nelson and Cashin and a sprinkling of attacking intent is all I ask for! 👍🐏
  19. I do like to get a feel of how away fans forums see up and coming matches against Derby. There’s currently nine pages of doom and gloom regards Saturdays fixture on onevalefan. …………………………..Ouch! 😁 Let’s pull no punches. We are crap. Our options are severely limited. Our confidence is shot. If we concede, we generally fold like a pack of cards. The fans are separated from the club. We are coming off the back of playing one of the worst clubs in the league, who we happened to let them have 20 shots at our goal. We can’t defend. We have a striker who, quite frankly, needs a change of a career, because a footballer he most certainly isn’t. We’re relying on kids and loanees to get us out of this. Our subs are absolute gamechangers. Sadly they change the game for the opposition. And we are about to go up against a raucous 25,000 crowd, in their back yard, going for promotion. I mean, honestly, what could go wrong?!!
  20. Derby County Women reached the FA Women’s National League Plate Final last weekend with a 4-2 success at Exeter City and, to celebrate reaching the Final against Cambridge United in April, RamsTV has collated the best of the Ewes’ goals from their run in the competition. https://www.dcfc.co.uk/news/2024/02/women-feature-the-road-to-the-national-league-plate-final
  21. He must be ………I read it on the clubs tinternet thingy! “The 27-year-old, who can play at right full-back or on the wing, joins the Rams having spent a successful five-and-a-half seasons with the Posh.”
  22. Wildsmith Ward Nelson Cashin Sibley Adams. Bird Hourihane Mendez-Laing Gayle Blackett-Taylor
  23. Let’s put this fixture into some kind of perspective before the clubs pre match press conference. League 1 form guide………last four matches. League 1 form guide………last six matches. League 1 form guide……….last eight matches. League 1 form guide……….last ten matches. Currently the worst performing club in League 1. As for predicting the starting 11………………I’ve given up on that one! 👍😁
