A few points that I noticed.... - until NML in the 44th minute I don't think we'd put anyone on the edge of their box for any of our corners. - barks is not a left winger. NML looks far more dangerous out there. - I'd swap Bird out for thommo to do some ratting. - I'm optimistic that we've cut out the stupid challenges from behind which have been giving lots of free kicks away to.

Never mind the soft free kick, it was a stupid challenge that came out of what looked like a moment of panic on an Oxford break. Our defence was all over the place.

I'm just listening to Jack Shoemark, an Oxford blogger, on RamsTV and he's saying Oxford have evolved their style to "getting it wide early and get crosses in" Is Warney setting a trend for L1 managers to follow?

NML, Wilson and Fozzy unsurprisingly slowed right down in the 2nd half. Bird and Hourihane disappeared somewhat. Big ask for them all to go again. Didn't someone quote Warne as saying he expected to use the whole squad over the Christmas break?

This was a game I had down to actually attend, but alas I'm having to help as mother in law is in Southampton general today for a small heart procedure and I have to mind the infirm and generally unwell father in law. So it's a stiff port to put him to sleep this evening and RamsTV for me........

But if his contract is up in the summer do we know if he's interested in signing an extension? If not, would we try to cash in? Difficult choices maybe.....
